Return & Refund Policy

Returns

At LUREXO, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

A return request may be accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a wrong product.

  • The product is leaking or significantly damaged during transit.

Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer after verification.

Exchange

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong products received

We do not offer exchanges for opened, used, or customer-damaged products.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
